We want YOU to go on a mission trip!
Depending on the trip, we need everyone from teachers to construction workers to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and Spanish translators. We would also like a photographer on every trip who, with digital camera or video, or VHS video, who can document the trip for us.
Please review the following guidelines and expectations. They insure a positive experience for every person on every trip.
1. Each interested person completes an application form including personal references, generally including his/her pastor or priest.
2. The Executive Director is entrusted by the Board of Directors to discern who will participate in the sponsored trips.
3. Behavior on a mission trip which is counter-productive to the objectives of FaithWorks will result in a request to leave that trip.
4. Should any project member be asked to leave before the trip is concluded, they will be responsible for the costs incurred.
5. Volunteers understand that this is an ecumenical Christian mission trip. They agree to respect the various worship traditions represented and to participate in prayer and worship with others on the trip and with project hosts with an open and generous heart.
