Church Application

We would like to apply to be a member church of FaithWorks. We do this in the spirit of fulfilling "The Great Commission" of Jesus Christ.

Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."    (Matthew 28:18-20)

We agree to:

  1. Promote FAITHWORKS trips within our congregation, encouraging our members to participate in trips from time to time.

  2. Pray for FAITHWORKS in general and for particular trips in our congregation's prayers.

  3. Hold an annual fundraiser for the work of FAITHWORKS or contribute regularly to the work of FAITHWORKS from our outreach/mission budget.

  4. When asked, nominate a person from our congregation to serve on the FAITHWORKS Board of Directors.

$50.00 -- churches with membership of 1-100

$75.00 -- churches with membership of 101-250

$100.00 -- churches with membership of 251-500

$125.00 -- churches with membership of 500 +
